Why should I learn with you instead of other platforms?
We are involved with both our tutors and students. At Táaljer you are not just a number, you are part of our learning community. We offer personalised sessions, while you contribute to the fair compensation of our tutors.
Where and how can I access my sessions?
After booking your first session, you can access your student account “my account” anytime by logging in at the top right of our website (from a PC).
How many trials can I have and how much are they?
You can have as many as you want. You just have to consider that every trial has a cost of €10.
100% of this price goes to the tutor.
How can I reschedule or cancel a session?
You can reschedule or cancel a session in your Táaljer account. If this does not work or you have further questions, you can contact your tutor by sending an email to their respective Táaljer email from which they sent you the session link.
My payment did not go through. What do I do?
If your payment did not go through, try again using a different method or check with your bank. If the issue continues, contact us at customer.service@taaljer.com and we will help you resolve it quickly.
Can I change my current tutor?
Sure. You can book a trial with another tutor or directly book your session with a new one.
